SIGNATURE KEYNOTE 01
Led to Lead
Leading God's way with clarity, courage, and joy
“You were led before you were ever asked to lead.”
Many women step into leadership before anyone teaches them how, and too many carry the assignment until it feels like a burden. In this keynote, I return leadership to its foundation: before we lead others, we are led by God. Drawing on Scripture and the stories of women of faith who built schools, ministries, and companies against the odds, I show leaders how to carry their assignment with joy instead of exhaustion, and how to lead teams, volunteers, and staff in a way that lasts.
- 01Why leadership begins with being led, and how that frees leaders from striving
- 02The myths about purpose that keep capable leaders anxious and afraid
- 03Lessons from women of faith like Harriet Tubman, Mary McLeod Bethune, and Corrie ten Boom
- 04Practical habits for leading people with clarity, courage, and joy
