The structure of the day will be split into two phases: Training and Implementation. We will be working during this day so come ready with your laptop, tablet, phone, pens, etc. This will be a very intimate space where we will discuss your revenue, profit, wins, losses, and how 2023 will be your year of consistency and creativity so come ready with your numbers and goals for the upcoming year. Genesis Dorsey will be teaching at the beginning of the day including Q&A before we head into implementation.
In the afternoon, we will split into working groups at certain points so that you can work on your problem areas and help each other come into 2023 winning.
This VIP Intensive & Mastermind Experience will focus on four areas: Business Assessment, Operations, Systems, and Creative Strategies.
